The terms that govern
your access and use.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIShadow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AIShadow Inc. (“AIShadow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. The Services are intended for enterprise and business use and are not directed at consumers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contactus@aishadow.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. AIShadow is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, to infringe the rights of any third party, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

AIShadow and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including all software, algorithms, models, documentation, and platform content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms and your applicable subscription agreement.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AISHADOW MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AISHADOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AISHADOW’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AISHADOW IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time upon written notice. AIShadow may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement and any applicable data processing agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Frisco, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
