AIShadow Inc. (“AIShadow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AIShadow platform and the aishadow.ai website. Usage and Platform Data. When your organization deploys AIShadow, we collect telemetry related to platform activity, policy events, risk scores, and session metadata. This data is scoped to your organization and is never commingled with data from other tenants.
Device and Technical Data. We collect standard technical information including browser type, IP address, operating system, and referring URLs when you visit our website.
Cookies and Tracking. We use session cookies required for platform authentication and optional analytics cookies to improve our website. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
What we do with it,
and what we never do.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the AIShadow platform, to respond to inquiries and support requests, to send product updates and security notices (with your consent where required), to analyze platform usage and improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers), under strict contractual data protection obligations. We retain account and platform data for as long as your organization has an active account with us, plus a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal and contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contactus@aishadow.ai.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties promptly in the event of a breach as required by applicable law.
